Well most of us can not understand customer service is saying? because of thir accents? their tone? or can not even understand ENGLISH... are they based in US (nothing person just a survey)
Where do you think most customer service is based?
Many companies have customer service centers based in India.
My former company had a help desk center in Argentina. I haven't had any real problem understanding them though.
Reply:It is based in your imagination only. There is no such thing as Customer Service any more.
Reply:generalizing that most of us can not understand what they are saying is a little wrong.
however, many telecommunications companies are in India. the people there are trained to speak with an English dialect.
personally I've had more trouble understanding people who are on the phone who reside in the US
