they are friendly but i get passed around alot as they never seem to understand me.





yes but most of the time they dont understand so i have to go to a manager.





if i was happy i would. but im not happy.





10 so i can make a complaint about the agent if they get things wrong.





very important so everyone can understand what is happening.
