Yes they care. They care to receive their paycheck by the end of the week.

Reply:no they dont. i have been dealing with HP's customer care for almost a month now trying to get the replacement computer the case manager said they are sending me and they keep giving me the runaround about the status of it when i should have had it last week : (
Reply:No, they don't and I say that from experience because I worked in a Customer Care Center....THEY REALLY DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But then again, they're being paid minimum wage and most customers aren't that great either.
