No but I have had a customer yell at me for giving them the wrong drink after they've been drinking it all night.





She went out of her way to tell me she ONLY drinks white rum. After four of five white rum and cokes spreaded out over a very long night, she comes up to the bar and asks what's in it. I tell her the same thing she's always had and what she went out of her way to ask for a few hours ago. She starts yelling at me saying she ONLY has EVER drunk dark rum and that I was screwing her over only because she was black.





I just stood there and blinked a few times at her. Couldn't care less.
Reply:I get what your saying. ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!! that must be embarrassing for the customer. No i've never had that happen to me cuz i am the one in the back making the orders. but i was always a regular at a starbucks and every morning, as soon as i walked in they got started on my frapp. I didnt even have to order it. i just went to the cashier said hi and paid. he already know what i ordered.
Reply:They usually call for someone else to take their order. I'm ugly.





The costumers who actually like me and come often never say "the usual".

Reply:I used to waitress, that was like 5 years ago, and no, there wasn't really anyone who came in regularly I didn't remember
Reply:I worked at a fast food place for 3 mos and it was awful but I don't think anyone ever did that to me
