Which stat is more impressive?...93% would refer or the 'A' average?

Our company survey all active customers (close to 50,000). There are two stats that we are considering using.

1- 93% of our customers would refer us to a friend.

2- Our customers rated our service with an 'A'

Which do you think would be more effective in advertising?

Yes I believe so !!!
Reply:if the 93% is a true number and not just ballooned in order to show progress , and or work relativity , than i'd say advertising is in the bag as word of mouth , as any American knows , is the best ad a place can have . though it doesnt hurt to shoot for the remaining 7% by putting it out on the waves .
Reply:I think the first one is more impressive. alot of times I think people rate A meaning 'no complaints' but that doesn't mean they loved it either.
Reply:93% because it makes it seem like you guys actually bothered to survey a bunch of people

A makes it sound like you didnt bother to figure out the %age
Reply:93% because it shows how hard you guys worked to come up with it
