few months ago i was filling online survey. somehow i become a member of Columbia house dvd club. i received a dvd for 5.00 $ charge, so i paid. then right after that i canceled the membership.
now i received a letter that says i have to pay something like 43.00$ because i did not purchase enough orders in the period contract.
i dont know what to do. there is no customer service . it is an 800 numbers with machine.
What can i do ???

How to cancel Columbia House DVD Club membership?
Keep returning whatever they send you unopened and marked as (not at this address), don't be tempted to look inside, they will in time give up. It happened to me with a book offer thing. :)
